The Association of Artists „ARTIST“ and the Music School „Kornelija Stankovic“ Ugljevik-Bijeljina, in the framework of the „DANI HARMONIKE“ event 2018, will organize a competition for soloists on accordions, chamber ensembles and orchestras from 20 to 22 April 2018.

The competition is open to all pupils of elementary and secondary schools, as well as students of music academies of all nationalities from the country and abroad.
2. The competition is taking place in Ugljevik from the 20th to the 22nd. April 2018 – in disciplines: soloists on accordion, chamber ensembles and orchestras.

The deadline for the registration of participation in the competition is April 1, 2018. years.
4. The competition application contains the following documents:

a) Filled application form
b) A copy of the birth certificate or passport (proof of attending the appropriate grade)
c) Proof of the donation made

Fee for all categories in the solo discipline is 50 BAM (25 EUR), except for Category VI and Category V in the discipline of the variation in which the fee is 60 BAM (30 EUR)
In the event of chamber composition, participation fee is:

Category I (I – III time Elementary Music School)

Duo: 50 BAM (25 euros)

Trio: 60 BAM (30 euros)

Kvatret: 80 BAM (40 euros)

Kvintet: 100 BAM (50 euros)

Composition of 6-9 members 120 BAM (60 euros)

Category II (IV-VI fold Elementary Music School)

Duo: 50 BAM (25 euros)

Trio: 60 BAM (30 euros)

Quartet: 80 BAM (40 euros)

Quintet: 100 BAM (50 euros)

Composition of 6-9 members 120 BAM (60 euros)

Category III Music High School

Duo: 50 BAM (25 euros)

Trio: 60 BAM (30 euros)

(In the case of cancellation of participation in the competition, the amount of competitive fee will not be refunded to the candidate)

7. Competitors themselves pay their travel and residence expenses.

8. The organizer will provide cash prizes:

– Teachers whose students are the winners of categories, other than Category VI (students), and discipline variate music, where the prize money is not paid to the teacher whose competitor is the winner of the category.

– the winner of each category (if the score is from 90-100)

In the categories of chamber compositions, the prize money gets the first ranked composition.

9. If there are no more than 10 competitors in any competition category, the organizer will not pay the prize money! Except in category VI and V category of music variants where more than 12 competitors are required.

10. A complete schedule of competitive performances will be published on the website www.daniharmonike.com no later than 10 days before the start of the competition.

11. Competitors receive awards, compliments and diplomas for participation according to the following principle:

First prize: 90.00-100 points

Second prize: 80.00-89.99 points

Third prize: 70.00-79.99 points

The winners are awarded with a score of 60.00-69.99 points

All other competitors will be rewarded with a degree in participation.

The number of prizes is not limited. If more competitors are nominated for the title of the laureate category, they have the same number of points, the advantage is given to the younger candidate.

12. The competition of students is monitored and evaluated by an international jury composed of the most eminent music pedagogues and concert performers.

13. The jury’s judgments are final and irrevocable! A jury member does not have the right to evaluate the candidate to whom the teacher is and to whom he is related.

14. The competition is open to the public and the presence of the media.

15. All participants give up on material compensation for possible radio-television recording.

16. All winners of the category are obliged to perform at the final concert and attend the awards and recognitions. Failure entails disqualification.

17. All competitors are obliged to hand over a copy of the program notes to the secretary of the jury immediately before the performance.
